We are pleased to announce that Vi-Events is the official transportation partner of the 2026 European Masters Weightlifting Championship.

Vi-Events will provide the official shuttle service between the airport and Waregem, ensuring safe, reliable, and comfortable transfers for athletes, officials, and visitors.

Shuttle Reservations

All shuttle reservations must be made directly via the Vi-Events website:

When completing your reservation, please make sure to include the following mandatory information:

• Travel date
• Flight number
• Phone number
• Number of persons

In the comments field, it is essential to mention: MASTERS2026
This allows Vi-Events to correctly identify your booking as part of the championship.

Pricing Information

After your registration, Vi-Events will send you a first offer based on a maximum price.
This price is not final and will decrease depending on the total number of shuttle registrations.
The higher the number of people using the shuttle service, the lower the final price per person.
